Can I track my order?
Yes. We let you know once it is dispatched, and we call to arrange delivery of larger pieces.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Check it on delivery and send us photos within 24 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement or another solution.
Do you assemble furniture?
Most pieces arrive fully assembled. If something needs assembly, the product page says so.
What if I am not home?
For larger pieces we call to book a time. A missed delivery may cost extra.
Will you bring it inside?
We deliver to the entrance of your property. Let us know about stairs, narrow doors or long walks beforehand.

How long will delivery take?
Orders leave within 3 business days. Small items take 1 to 3 business days in Gauteng and up to 5 elsewhere.
Large pieces sent by freight can take up to 9 business days more.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, from Boksburg, Fourways or Somerset West once the branch confirms it is there. Arrange weekend collections during the week.
Exchange online purchases within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Wipe with a slightly damp or dry dust cloth. Do not put water directly on the surface or clean with sponges, rough tools, detergents, ammonia or silicone products, and be careful with spray polishes, which can leave a residue. Rub in a little wax for shine and protection.
