Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, anywhere in South Africa. Remote areas can take a little longer.

How much does delivery cost?

It is worked out at checkout from the size and weight of your order and your address. Large pieces may go by freight and are quoted separately.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We let you know once it is dispatched, and we call to arrange delivery of larger pieces.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Check it on delivery and send us photos within 24 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement or another solution.

Do you assemble furniture?

Most pieces arrive fully assembled. If something needs assembly, the product page says so.

What if I am not home?

For larger pieces we call to book a time. A missed delivery may cost extra.

Will you bring it inside?

We deliver to the entrance of your property. Let us know about stairs, narrow doors or long walks beforehand.

Do you deliver on weekends?

How long will delivery take?

Orders leave within 3 business days. Small items take 1 to 3 business days in Gauteng and up to 5 elsewhere.
Large pieces sent by freight can take up to 9 business days more.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, from Boksburg, Fourways or Somerset West once the branch confirms it is there. Arrange weekend collections during the week.

Exchange online purchases within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. To bring back the shine, buff with a little metal or brass polish on a soft cloth. Do not leave water standing on the surface, and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners.

Dust at least once a week with a soft, lint-free cloth. Clean spills straight away with a damp cloth and dry the surface. Always use coasters, trivets or mats under hot cups and dishes. Minor scratches can be buffed out with a soft cloth and a wood polish.
