How much does delivery cost?
It is worked out at checkout from the size and weight of your order and your address. Large pieces may go by freight and are quoted separately.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We let you know once it is dispatched, and we call to arrange delivery of larger pieces.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Check it on delivery and send us photos within 24 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement or another solution.
Do you assemble furniture?
Most pieces arrive fully assembled. If something needs assembly, the product page says so.
What if I am not home?
For larger pieces we call to book a time. A missed delivery may cost extra.
Will you bring it inside?
We deliver to the entrance of your property. Let us know about stairs, narrow doors or long walks beforehand.

How long will delivery take?
Orders leave within 3 business days. Small items take 1 to 3 business days in Gauteng and up to 5 elsewhere.
Large pieces sent by freight can take up to 9 business days more.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, from Boksburg, Fourways or Somerset West once the branch confirms it is there. Arrange weekend collections during the week.

Avoid rough cloths, brushes and harsh chemicals such as ammonia or bleach. Blot spills with a dry cloth; for sticky spills use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly. A leather conditioner or Dubbin wax now and then keeps the leather supple, and keeping it away from direct sun and heat stops it fading and drying out.
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Clean spills straight away with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution, then wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. To keep its natural lustre, apply a good teak oil or furniture wax from time to time.
